General Background

Alan B. Eisner is Professor and Deparment Chair in the Management and Management Science Department, Lubin School of Business, Pace University.  He received his Ph.D. from the Management Department, Stern School of Business, New York University. Alan has a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering and a M.Eng. in Engineering Management, both from Cornell University. Before embarking on his doctorate he was an advanced technology engineer for United Technologies. His primary research interests are organizational learning and business and technology strategies.
