Mission Statement

CIAO's mission is to spread our rich Italian culture to the Pace community. We are achieving this by having many events throughout the semester. At these events we have traditional Italian food, so the Pace community can have a taste of our wonderful cuisine. Also the Pace community will see wonderful photos of Italy. We work with many extraordinary organizations where we can learn about of heritage. For instance we are affiliated with the Coccia Foundation and the Italian Welfare League. Through the Italian Welfare League we have met many famous Italian that have had a huge impact on the Italian community in New York. Finally, CIAO is an organization were its members can learn more about their heritage and at the same time relax and make new friends.
