Dr.
Kessler currently serves as a senior professor of management at the
Lubin School of Business, Pace University on their downtown New York
City campus. He has:

Instructed a wide variety of management courses across
different levels (Doctoral, Masters, and Bachelors), formats
(Traditional, Executive), and programs (Full- and Part-Time, Daytime
and Evening).

Supervised over 25 combined honors and doctoral capstone thesis
projects.

Escorted
international field studies to destinations including Japan,
Western and Eastern Europe, Brazil, Russia, India, China, and
Israel.

Engaged
problem-driven consultancy team projects on organizations
such as Ford, IBM, and Goldman Sachs.

Expanded
his leadership course to include service learning and community
engagement.

Delivered
professional talks and workshops on topics including
Globalization, Teamwork, Leadership, Time/Stress Management, and
Applying Theory to Practice.

and implemented a cutting-edge

Dr. Kessler
is an expert on organization management and leadership. He has
produced over 100 scholarly papers and presentations and
published three critically acclaimed books. He also leads
numerous international field studies, works as an executive
educator, and consults for both public and private
organizations. Recently he was named general editor for the
Encyclopedia of Management Theory.
