                        Married, three children. Born in Hamilton, Ohio in 1943; resident of New York since 1966.

 

EDUCATION:

                        Received Juris Doctor degree summa cum laude in June, 1966 from the College of Law of Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, ranking second in a class of approximately 105.

 

                        Received Bachelor of Arts degree in June, 1963 from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, majoring in Economics.

 

                        Attended the University of Oslo, Oslo, Norway (1961)

 

OCCUPATIONAL:

                        Law Teaching (1971‑present):
