Phi Chi Theta is a National Co-Ed Professional Fraternity in Business and Economics. Gamma Xi is the chapter at Pace University in New York City. Phi Chi Theta's mission is "to promote the cause of higher business education and training for all individuals, to foster high ideals for individuals in business careers, to encourage fraternity and cooperation among individuals preparing for such careers, and to stimulate the spirit of sacrifice and unselfish devotion to the attainment of such ends."

The Gamma Xi Chapter promotes leadership, teamwork and organizational skills needed for the working environment. We organize lectures to educate the Pace community about the business world, provide networking opportunities through our affiliation with over forty-five chapters across the United States, fundraise to continue the operations of the fraternity, and serve the community.

Through our relationship with the Center for Community Outreach at Pace University, New York Cares, City of New York Parks & Recreation and other agencies, we participate in many community service events each month such as:

  • Blood drives;
  • Preparing and serving meals to the homeless;
  • Great Halloween Party at Central Park;
  • Secret Santa;
  • Easter Eggstravaganza at Central Park;
  • March of Dimes walk;
  • AIDS walk;
  • and many more!
