Biography:
Brian Farrell is the academic support director at the University of Iowa College of Law. He also holds an appointment as adjunct lecturer in International Studies at the University, and is co-founder and president of the Innocence Project of Iowa. Brian received his JD from the University of Iowa in 1998 and his LLM in international human rights law in 2002from the National University of Ireland, Galway, where he is currently completing his PhD. He has nearly a decade of experience as a criminal law attorney, and has also done human rights field work. Brian has published a number of articles in the area of human rights and humanitarian law.
