We use intersectionality as a radical social justice framework to understand the impact of interlocking systems of oppression and how we can work toward collective liberation; as well as specifically to understand the roles of intersecting forms of stigma, including gendered racial stereotypes and discrimination, in existing disparities in sexual and reproductive health in the U.S.
