We, as a team will abide by the following team norms and processes.  Each team member will contribute his/her best efforts in recognizing the requirements of the team and the required deliverables.  In this regard, and as a matter of self-development, we each agree to :

1. Show up on time to team meetings at a mutually agreed upon meeting place.
2. Respond to e-mail and phone calls in a timely fashion.
3. Present his/her part of the deliverable at the start of the team meetings.
4. Follow through on all commitments to the team.
5. Address inadequate performance by any team member either on a one-on-one basis or as a point of discussion during a team meeting.
6. Accord due respect to every team member on a professional and personal level.
7. Conduct a formal self/peer evaluation report at the end of the semester and submit it to Prof. Viswanath for feedback and analysis.  (Optional -- recommended if team problems arise)*

We realize that each member of the team must read and understand all materials submitted in the name of the group.  If, for any reason, any group member is not able to participate in a particular group submission, we will note his/her name on the submission at the time that it is handed in; however, the primary responsibility for doing this is that of the non-participating member.  We agree that, if we fail to make clear our non-participation in all, or any part of, a group submission, such failure can be treated as plagiarism, and we will accept the appropriate penalty for such plagiarism, as decided by the instructor.
