Creating Effective Teams

by Matt Ganis

the powerpoint or pdf version

Creating effective teams isn't hard, it's work. In this presentation I discuss the characteristics of an effective team, and propose ways to nurture and foster their creation.

How does one build a productive and efficient team ? How should the team members behave - how should they treat each other ? all questions that are explored in this presentation

At the end of the presentation is a "game" which helps breaks the ice, and get people thinking about teamwork and working together. Using this as a basis throughout the talk, I refer the problems and outcomes that come from the team exercise.
